i can feel something sliding over the bone in my elbow (tendon, nerve?) when I do this. you might call it a pop. it doesn't hurt but it's very noticeable. i have tingling in my arm and hand consistent with ulnar nerve entrapment. my doctor said to avoid activities that make it worse. i have good strength in my hand and fingers for now so I'm just trying to help alleviate some of this insipid numbesss I feel every day (2 months now). I hope these excesizes help. thanks
i have a very sensitive elbow...i think my nerves are out of whack and i get tingling sensation in my hands/palm...will this exercise help move it back into or the muscle so it isn't exposed close to outside of elbow cause my elbow have sensation by just barely touching it when i cock the elbow. thanks.
this is a tensioner not a glider.. glider would be head and elbow to the left/right
