nah, Lucas has better Smashes than Ness, but Ness has better Throws and Aerials to even it out. i also prefer Ness' specials: his PK Fire makes for good combos, his PK Spark pwns Freeze and his PK Thunder may not be as good for recovery but as a weapon it's better than Lucas's.

Tbh some of the moves he did are so hard to pull off and actually connect with, such as the up smash, that all he had to do is take a bunch of video clips and guarunteed from any good smash player there's gonna be some good clips.

the only thing i have to comment on is maybe a bigger use of lucas' psi magnet. once a person is over 100% he should be very easy to kill and its great for mindgames in my opinion

Go to the Ruins after you beat the sub space emissary and when you go to the platform that goes down (has spikes on the wall) go to the bottom and enter the door then youll fight him and if you win you get him

@Tailz2k8 Tiers don't work like that. They're merely visual representations of how characters in a game (fighting or otherwise) TEND to do, given equal skill level between the players and the absense of a luck variable. They're not the do all and end all of match predictions.

Lucas is my favourite mate! There's no messing around with with a character that has both long-range and short-range attacks, and a projectile absorbing move! Not to mention his amazing up-A attack! I just hate his final smash... It could definitely be better
