Footwork is important in all fighting sports just more important in boxing due to the limited striking chocies. To disagree with you the most important thing is speed and power. These guys both have high skill sets and i would give floyd the technical aspect but i feel manny is faster and has the bully effect on people. Example frazier vs ali. Frazier wasnt technically sound but he hit hard and when when he hit ali he felt it and couldnt duck and dodge at times.

Footwork is important in all fighting sports just more important in boxing due to the limited striking chocies. To disagree with you the most important thing is speed and power. These guys both have high skill sets and i would give floyd the technical aspect but i feel manny is faster and has the bully effect on people. Example frazier vs ali. Frazier wasnt technically sound but he hit hard and when when he hit ali he felt it and couldnt duck and dodge at times.

You don't neccessarily have to have power to win a fight although power is good because it can make your opponent more hesitant to come in, and of course, it can help you end the fight sooner in a ko!

I think that PacMan is a great fighter at his previous weight class.. Now he's in one of the most exciting class of all classes,Welterweight.. I just dont think he has the size for Mayweather Jr. nor Mosley nor Cotto for that matter... He just has an " It " factor for now,, Someone is gonna pull his card soon, watch.. marquez went up in weight, but at 37 years of age, it all went to his belly. Pacman goes up in weight and goes up in power too.

MAyweather didnt draw the delahoya-mayweather PPV. It was De la Hoya himself... How many big names have Floyd beaten? Corrales? Castillo? Common... he didn't fight Mosley, Cotto, Margarito... he's not even a natural welterweight.... Pac has more power...

floyd and pacman are both fast but here is the difference... floyd is a great counterpuncher who slips or blocks your punch THEN comes with a quick counter punch. pacman doesnt have to do that bcuz he is so quick that he hits you while you are in the middle of throwing ur punch. watch the hatton fight. he intercepts ur punch with a quicker one. thats jeet kun do( way of the intercepting fist) bruce lee speed. im not exaggerating, pacman has the fastest hands ive seen in boxing. floyd will lose.

I was a PBF fan b4 i saw the speed and skill of manny so i respect both fighters. PBF is a smart fighter with great defense but he will lose to manny. PBF will not stand there and brawl with pacman bcuz i know, u know, he knows he will lose if he does so. so PBF will back up and block as much punches as he can and wait 4 the right moment to strike. the thing is i dont think PBF can counter after pacman's 1st, 2nd, or 3rd punch bcuz of his accurate rapid hand speed.
