OMG... This is for Cindy Blackman and Carlos Santana who just announced their engagement (an on-stage proposal like Casey's)... for David who just graduated... and for my kids and all the kids who were at Shasta Camp last week with Tim. Just look at Tim's backup band! Danny Barnes, Casey Driessen... Thank you. BTW, Tim's new CD 'Chicken & Egg' is fantastic! (listen 4 'You Ate the Apple').

@nondescript11 This is actually pretty similar in tempo to the second of the versions from Planet Waves, and, if I'm remembering correctly, the one Dylan initially preferred. I'm partial to the slower recording from Planet Waves, and that Budokan version is good, but I like Tim's version here a lot too.

If you like this, you'll love Tim O'Brien's album "Red On Blonde", which is entirely of Tim's covers of Bob Dylan songs. One of the best CDs you will ever own.

I definitely agree with you on that one, it is one of my favorite albums, his take on Bob Dylan is unforgettable. I'm going to see him play in November, I can't wait !
