High speed driving takes skill and training...Germany teachers drivers to not only look back but look way back, judge the speed of others and be sure you have enough time to make your manuver, the white car obviously did not do this.

The black car was also probably WAY behind the white car prior to the turn, so the white car probably didn't notice him earlier either. If you look at timer, the white car only had 3 seconds to notice the black car. I bet the white car assumed a speeding car hadn't caught up in the last 3 seconds.DONT ASSUME!

It was literally equivalent of a pit man. on that white car. Police use it to stop cars with minimal damage to their own cars. It takes advantage of the angle to throw the pitted vehicle into a spin, although usually the pitted car doesn't hit a wall at such great speed and disintegrate.
