ok i beat the game and i found out how to access the computer in the confrence room: step 1- look at all messages in both lucy's and the proffessers computer's yes all of them, step 2- walk up to the confrence room key pad and access it, step 3- go to the computer on the table to ur right and access it and you should be able to crake the code if u did all the steps i posted and there is only one message on the computer

The sequel will probably involve the templars looking for pieces of eden under pyramid shapes. Yonaguni has a (probably natural) pyramidal underwater structure near Japan.
