I just moved from Sydney to Gold Coast, some people told me the town is small and i might not like for long period, but consider all factors i have faith in Gold Coast, she might be the jewel of Australia one day, It is "the new one rising" not just for Australia, but also in the world.
Beautiful vision guys, love it but already substantially out of date. This city is moving so fast, its hard to keep up. Waiting for the cranes to fly off the top of Soul then the newest spectacular attraction, The Icon Geyser - check out the vid.
Bad place, bad investment. Who wasted money on this bull****? Melbourne is a much better place to live. It is Australias most liveable city and more then 300 people move to Melbourne each week thats why it is most likely going to become Australias largest city in the next 10-15years.
@MegaJdog27 Sorry but Melbourne is boring and the beaches are not as good, Gold Coast is so much better and more fun and it feels like holiday place over there. Comparing Melbourne with Gold Coast is stupid they are totally different and Melbourne doesn't feel like holiday place.
@laskovaiakoshechka agree you can't compare the two. Melbourne has more culture and a better art/music scene but the Gold Coast wins with the beaches and the holiday type deal that you mentioned. Both awesome places but very different!
