  • may sound odd to most, i would love to hear these guys with Buckethead...i picture(hear) bliss...

  • More people should know about Agalloch

  • @DudeSayWhuh

    No, they'd ruin the fun.

  • wow love the picture , wish i could be in that forest they we're at while listening to their ambient songs

  • It makes me feel like a little grain of sand in the desert...

  • Agalloch and Wolves in the Throne Room are the best black metal bands to come out of the US

  • The title of this song is amazing.

  • Amazing ambient piece of music. Pale Folklore is quite magical

  • sounds like final fantasy viii and ix soundtracks

  • <3

  • In it's conventional sense, I would not even call this band metal.

  • I love Agalloch!

  • thumbs up if you think Agalloch are the greatest black metal/folk band of the last decade

  • @SorenKennedy

... not only of the last decade ;)

  • well in the noticing game music similarities, at 1:20 i hear Empire Earth 1 lol

also probably one of thier best songs right here :)

  • @slipknot837 watch?v=dFxBeoBnAPE&feature=related

    this kinda is the part

  • to comment what lotusng21 said:

Actually I discovered agalloch by mistake: I am a trance listener and I like snowboarding a lot. And Limbs is on " That's it that's all" snowboard movie soundtrack and that was when I first heard agalloch. And i really liked it and i became a big fan

  • Agalloch isn't really well known enough to have people find it just to say it sucks. Unless someone actually knows and likes them thy won't search them out.

I like this song, but on the whole I preferred their Ashes Against the Grain album more.

  • My favorite band out there. Beautiful music.

  • this reminds me of the opening music for the first age of empires :D

  • amazing love them :D also love music from oblivion :)

  • Am i the only one who noticed that there is almost no hater on every single agalloch's videos ?

  • holy shit your right, and Agalloch is fucking unique.

  • cause its impossible to hate on agalloch

  • @stevetherriault

No one who possibly hates this kind of music is ever going to search or(and) DISCOVER it...:)

We're no lost strangers here! :)

  • @stevetherriault Indeed, thats b/c we Agalloch fans are intellegent, open-minded people that tend to avoid any contamination from the media

  • @stevetherriault Even if someone doesn't like them they probably can't find anything bad to say about them

  • its njice to see people who listen to agalloch also listen to teh music from oblivion i didnt know there were others out there who did, i love agalloch btw thank you for uploading take care =)

  • Reminds me music from Oblivion...

  • Yeah man. I love that game. It's legendary. Same with Agalloch.

  • Indeed, me too :-) Jeremy Soule is great musician.

  • Yeah I like Wings Of Kynareth the best. Favorite song ever.

  • That's a beautiful one.

  • agalloch gose perfect with oblivion :P

  • Agalloch and Oblivion? How did I never think of that?

  • What in the world do they do?

    This is no human music.

    This is Pantheism!

    I beg you...

    Love nature...

  • Agalloch is the only band to be able to write something like that. I'ts just awesome.

  • And Ulver too!

  • You are motherfucking right man!!!!! ulver and agalloch are so fucking amazing......

  • this song is so beautiful!!!

  • it's beautiful!!!

  • I fucking love it, this is just beauty.

  • This song is a masterpiece, yet it is only one song by Agalloch. Add them up and one album of Agalloch is worth 10 of my better CDs.

  • Agalloch, except of being the best atmospheric black metal band to come out of the United States, achieve with their music something far greater:to cross the genre's limited boundaries and create majestic music of the utmost quality by defying any simple-minded categorisation.Typical black metal bands are nothing compared to the greatness of Agalloch's music,a fact perfectly exemplified by this piece which bears no musical similarity to the black metal genre whatsoever.

  • @AABZZ123 dude, you should write for a magazine if you don't already. That was well put.

  • @AABZZ123 that's cuz its not even metal anymore...

  • @AABZZ123

and that's it, to excell at various genre's, that's what it's all about. Another parallel would be Buckethead, who can "shred" with the greatest to ever live, but not many know how beautiful and brilliant his softer stuff is.

    It's nice to appreciate...

  • This kind of stuff is incredible. I have nothing but the utmost respect for people that are capable of producing music such as this. Beautiful in every sense of the word.

  • a wonderful song by a wonderful band..the melancholic atmosphere created reaches the inner depths of my soul

  • Beautiful song
