While I applaud your attempt at an awesome home Ab workout, the VERY FIRST exercise (your standard crunch) is only about 20% effective, requiring LOTS of repetition. What I suggest is V-ups in place of standard crunches. Lie on your back, arms over head. While raising legs toward ceiling, lift your torso, keeping your arms overhead. Try to touch your toes, keeping your arms straight. slowly lower back tot he floor. If you can do 30 consecutively, you probably already have a 6 pack.
The key is isolation. Isolation comes from good form. While sixpackexposed IS showing you a pretty good ab circuit, the form is far from good. I promise you: Perfect the form, and isolation will take care of itself.

First the correct way to do ab excercises is to do them every other day. The rule is do your abs one day and next day is to rest the abs so they can heal and build abs. For what you should eat is a hard one. I suggest not eating anything heavy things like cake and ice cream. But I suggest still eating what your eating just a little less portions. If you go straight on a health kick and eat vegtables and fruit you will jump off the ban wagon and start eating any fatning thing in sight. good luck

back when i was working out hard my soph. in H.S. i wieghed 205 and was benching 285. but visually the chicks cant see that. big buff. ripped. is the way to go..i quit workin out for a year..ughmm girlfriend..but i did alot of cardio and ate healthy. i dropped down to 185 and had a 6 pack for once.and now im 18 weigh 220 ofmuscle and sum fat.idk my BMI..but i gut a slight 4 pack and been eatin healthier...i actuallt do an exersize similiar to this but this looks like it works the core intense!!!

The workout seems perfect but don't you think that it should be done way slower?? I mean, the effectiveness of any exercise higly depends on its tempo. Do you think that in this case it's more beneficial for muscles to do exercises so quickly?

to put it simply, interval training is low speed mixed with burst of maximum speed or near maximum speed training,hope i helped you out a bit.

2 times per day is fine... It won't do a lot more, but sure... This can be 1 set, and 2-3 sets is totally fine... Add cardio and good nutrition.
