point those toes :) and it would help you if you started on the balls of your feet ! and keep your arms up nice and high even if you dont have the jump it looks all together with your team if all your arm levels match

I love doing the clasp thing you are doing for the prep. I do that for my pikes, R&L hurdlers and herkies. I do the High V approach for my toe touches those.
I think she was doing a different Prep than what you may have learned...we do a different prep than her....and they way you explained is also different from the wayy you do your prep.
couple things.. your jumps need to be cleaner. your prep is beautiful but your jumps need to be higher and tighter.. and at the end dont give out.. (like when you fell)
you can bend your knees and you can go into a high v.. its whatever the coach prefers.... but i do think that she is doing a mini jump (bounce) before the actual jump - which takes away from the main jumps power....
You have beautiful height. You do need to tighten up on your preps before going into the jumps. Always point your toes, and you are double bouncing before you jump which breaks the moment. Work on the double bounce and your jumps are going to be amazing. They are already beautiful.

..hun..some of ur counting is off..when u clap go down which is 1 2 then going up is 3 4 then the jump would be 5 6 and then then ur clean is 7 8

What I noticed is at the end, you kinda roll up cuz yer dropping yer chest and yer head is snapping up. Don't do that it's not safe.

okay jumps but just advice:
when you clap before you jump you are covering your face, which is a no no in cheer
also if you bend your knees too much before you take up your power so i would suggest starting in a high v depending on the jump
