Oh my gosh I made this Chicken last night it was my 1st time fry'n chicken and it turn'd out great this recipe was so good the chicken was moist and delicious I used party wings and deep fried them for 12 min thanx for the video
I am Haitian and like the others we always clean our chicken with Lime. People here would taste a world of difference if they did the same. thanks for sharing.
@dkny39 not overpowering but put some in with some other spices including chili powder and it tastes really good especially if fried crispy. a place i often eat lunch does it this way and it is so delicious espceically just cooked still hot as the spices really wake up.

I have problems with frying big pieces of chicken there is always blood inside. This looks fabulous. I'm really going to try this one. Thanks for the recipe.
