Why was the 411 sitting with a freight train

@jedi725 Jedi...it had just been delivered from the IC&E after painting and bodywork in the WSOR Horicon Shops. It just worked out that as the IC&E delivered it to the old CNW (UP) the local was there, and even though it wasn't on their work list, they took it into Belvidere to avooid it being stripped to the frame by vandals. This was one of those right-place-right time moments in my life.
