Currently, you can only Miku Miku version 1 in English, RinRinDance, Miku Miku Dance V.3.33, and Miku Miku Dance V.4. Are in Japanese.

I can mange just fine with Japanese version though :D

i 'downloaded' that bit so i can't exactly answer your question ~ for all i know, whenever i tried the software, there were only 2 accessories that came with it, the leek and cat ears

try googling for tutorials to get the extraS
