  • There is no such thing as a real Gibson Les Paul Supreme in White. All Supremes are trans colour or sunburst with a AAAA+ flame maple top...thant's what makes them a Supreme!

    Obviously it's chinese come people

  • Those frets look silver. Thats not a real one right? The real ones all have gold tone frets....

  • whats this song i like it can u tell me

  • אחי כמה זה ? dude how much is it ? אם לא כבר מכרת ?

  • looks like a chinese clone, look at the paint line

  • @OG96932 don't forget it's recorded with a little camera and played in 240p on youtube, its possible we can't see the lines clearly but doesnt mean it should be a copy, it would be a perfect copy for a chinese and all the chinese clones you can find on google are very different from this.

  • Why do we have to be from israel?

  • Where in the hell are the electronics on this thing, I can't see the cavities on the back.

  • @priestyman It's a Supreme, so there's no control covers on the back.

  • The first thing is the O on Gibson is open..The bridge is wrong too.

  • @jeemy55 The "b" and the "o" are supposed to be open. And what's wrong with the bridge?

  • Greatest guitar make ever.

  • Whats is song?????????

  • @Byszwa87 Terry Reid - Seeds of Memory (or something written like that )

  • Sorry Charlie ! Chinese copy Worth even less than an Epiphone ... Not even a fake made in USA or serial number on back of head piece !

  • @Punkrocker269 It's there, you just can't see it in this poor quality video. Gibson stamps the numbers and words into the wood and then they paint over it, so it's very difficult to see.

  • @Punkrocker269 It's either a very good copy or the real thing, Chinese usually wont replicate the gold fret wires or the brass inlays in the MOP "WORLD" inlay.Interested in hearing your hypothesis tho.It isn't the best quality video.

  • ive 4 gibson les paul supremes..just recently i saw a fake lp supreme with new hardware..shit..for $2700 less it outplays mine..no shit..will never buy a real gibson again..i have 9 total..i will make my own or buy chinese first..

  • china, without a question

  • @roman14032 I've never seen a Chinese fake Supreme with gold frets before.

  • @OddTimeMan it is the standerd chinese case, gibison cases have a tighter fit, check out tradetang that case is all over the place,i don't know about the frets.i do know that the stanard give aways of the counterfits have been corected on the newer ones.

  • its very cool

    how much?¿

  • HOW MUCH!?

  • how much is it?

  • HOT!!!

  • how much do it cost???

  • i want a fake helpme sror98@yahoo.com

  • gibson les paul headstocks are slanted like this one. fakes are on a straight angle like on a strat. this is real

  • Its not a fake. take a look at every other fake Les Paul out there, These knobs are straight and not all over the place like the counterfeits , the fret board looks ebony and Chinese counterfeits have rosewood fret boards, also notice how it has a Nashville Tune-o-matic Bridge ALL Chinese counterfeits have cheap epiphone bridges.

  • @1981GibsonLesPaul Also, the frets are plated in gold.

  • it´s a real good fake.

  • this is most likely a chinese guitar

  • FYI... anyone who thinks this guitar is a fake is messed up in the head. No Gibson Les Paul is made in another besides America; they are the only guitar not made in another country. That goes for all other Gibson guitars to.

  • @1092Duck total fake, obvious to anyone wiyh experience with them

  • @roman14032 How so? Please explain. I have a lot of experience with the Chinese fakes and I just don't see anything obvious with this guitar. The only thing is the globe headstock inlay doesn't appear to have the continents, but the video quality isn't clear enough to be certain.

  • @roman14032 well u obviousely do not have any experience with them bud. its obviousely real. have u ever seen a gibson les paul supreme. nice try dumbass

  • Fake. No continents on the inlay at the headstock.

  • ma tu ti ci masturbi con sti video?

  • אחי אני מישראל דבר איתי בפרטי של החשבון שלי

  • Thats beautiful.

  • hello guys.

    i want ask somthing.

because my serial don't have U or E.

    juzt no.

can anyone tell me about this.

    i'm new in guitar.

  • just perfect :)

  • @brycedouglass Read the comment directly below yours.

  • @vannin666 i have the same guitar and you can barely see the made in usa or the serial number because the paint is so thick. i have to put the headstock up to a light and really move it around to find it!! beautiful guitars, just beautiful!!

  • will you fucking morons just shut the fuck up, it isn't fake.

  • SORRY GUYS, THAT IS A FAKE GUITAR, MADE IN CHINA, I SEE THAT IN THE VERY FIRST LOOK.

THE HEADSTOCK HAS NO OTHER COVER BUT ONLY BRONCE!! THEPOTIES HAS NO ARROWS AND THE FINISH IS UNLIKE!!!!

  • sad music because your selling it

  • מכרת אותה כבר?

    צור קשר באימייל.

  • Guitar looks amazing, just one thing tho, where's the serial number and the "made in usa stamp"? might just be me but I don't see it.

  • *Mouth Drooling*

  • Goddam. That thing is amazing why would u sell it

  • i would buy it, but it prolly blow up when i get it...

  • where do access the electrinics cavity?

  • what song is this?

  • i have owned a fake supreme and it looks nothing like this, this has to be the real mccoy id buy it

  • when this is song? thankx

  • how much?

  • The guitar is Chinese it says suprome instead of supreme check it out! Gibson city china ! that's right Gibson makes these knock offs to corner the cheap guitar market did I offend any gibsonites GOOD I'm tired of being ripped off buy big corporations who lie and outsource jobs epiphone is a Gibson companion operating in china They build there send them here stamped made in U.S.A and you pay through the nose @ guitar center for a lie take a fake guitar to the dealer see what its worth ???

  • @ironbird0420 every epi[phone i have seen says its made in korea japan or china none of them say USA. however you will run nto some gibsons out there stamped made in japan. But supposedly they sre made the same as the ones in the states thats why the price is no different.

  • I'll trade you for my ibanez jem 20th.

  • Comment removed

  • @sbuba90 Fail. Supremes came in MANY different finishes over the years. Do some research.

  • @OddTimeMan you fail.. why don't before speak you go to take alook at Gibson site?

  • @sbuba90 Just because Gibson doesn't offer white anymore does that mean they NEVER did??? Are you like a little kid or something? Why don't you use Google Images and see all the many different finishes that were available through the years! I've been around much longer than you and I've seen them in person.

  • @sbuba90 it could have been refinished you know

  • @sbuba90 fail

  • @sbuba90

idiot Tim McIlrath from Rise Against has a Alpin White Supreme ..

  • How can it be "worked" with electronics(which are inside)??? Someone please answer Me, I'm very confused.

  • @pilotyamil97 The inside is mostly hollow, so you work it like an ES-335, or any guitar with no back plates: Tie string to the components. Loosen them and remove them through the pickup cavities or the jack cavity. Then do your work outside the body and use the string to pull everything back into place. It generally takes at least a few hours to do any substantial work on the electronics.

  • I'll give you 400

  • Actually, there is evidence that it's fake, if you know what to look for. On the headstock, a real Supreme would have in the round abalone "world" some brass pieces that would depict the western hemisphere (north and south America). On the Chinese replicas, that little detail is missing. No real Supreme is ever missing them. It's missing on this guitar. Therefore, this is a replica. No biggie, though, I own a replica Supreme and it kicks ass.

  • @PixxyLixxx

Where did you get your replica?

  • @braddonley TradeTang. Just look on there for a reputable dealer with good (and recent) feedback. Also, I just posted a video of one of my replicas in action and what to expect when you buy a fake. It has information about replicas in general, which you might find helpful.

  • all those people who are saying its fake are jealous. it happens in every video. as soon as someone puts up a video of a beautiful guitar, you get loads of idiots saying its fake.

  • hell fake man!

  • @Charouklas Nothing about this is fake. What are you seeing??? The fakes are NOWHERE near this nice.

  • @OddTimeMan The dead giveaway that this is fake are the missing brass north and south Americas in the headstock "world" inlay. Every real Supreme has it, but I've never seen a replica with it. This guitar doesn't have it, either. And my experience is that the fakes ARE that nice, and even nicer. My replica Supreme has an ebony fingerboard and highly figured maple top and back. But for the missing brass pieces and some other minor details, it would be perfect replica for under $350.

  • @PixxyLixxx I've never seen a $350 fake with gold frets, 17 degree headstock angle, and correct non-metric bridge. And they don't have real ebony fretboards, they're rosewood stained black. Ebony is an expensive wood. This video isn't clear enough to show if the World headstock inlay is correct or not.

  • @OddTimeMan I haven't seen gold frets, but everything else I've seen in the replicas. And they do have real ebony fingerboards. All the stain in the world won't change the grain pattern, and the two fakes I have are, without a doubt, ebony. I'm looking at this video at roughly 0:36 and the South America chip should start from the bottom of that banner and taper all the way down to the bottom of the "world" inlay. It's simply not there.

  • Fake...

  • D: beautiful

  • תגיד כבר מכרת?

  • Item is very real. Whoever said it was fake needs to get some glasses

  • @El1ciT i would never sell that if it was mine

  • כמה??

  • why would you want to sell this???!!!!!!!!

  • אני קונה כמה אתה רוצה?:|

  • how do u change the electronics without any access to the back

  • @aneyekay1 Through the jackplate. It's bigger than on other Gibson guitars.

  • @OddTimeMan wht about the switch?

  • @aneyekay1 Through the neck pickup cavity.

  • Why are you givin it away! I would treat one of these like my own child! I would never seel it!

  • Nice Gibson China !!!

  • i dont know why some one even want to sell this beutifull guitar i mean even if i was about to lose my house it wouldnt matter i would keep this amazing guitar

  • the only questionable thing is that i cant see the serial number but other than that it looks amazing

  • how much mate?

  • This is a les paul supreme. It's clearly real. There isn't one aspect of it that indicates it might be fake. I'm surprised this was a topic for discussion. I don't think they make supreme's in Alpine White anymore though.

  • thats real... anyone who thinks its fake is an idiot and dosent know what theyre talking about... also... that is gorgeous... im gonna go change my pants

  • even if it is a copy its beautiful haha

  • Copies would have mahogany fret boards. That is definitely Ebony :D

I Have bought a Les Paul "51 black beauty :D Gold hardware. Would never ever ever ever give it away! <3

  • @Kazz10000 I've never seen a mahogany fretboard. I think you mean rosewood. You're right about this guitar...it's real.

  • @FiveEightSevenEight

    Yeah :) My bad.

  • אתה עוד מוכר אותה? מאיזה שנה היא? וכמה אתה רוצה חחחח?

  • This guitar is real. I've owned two Supreme's that I bought brand new, right out of the Gibson box. Neither of them had the Custom Shop logo, neither did the 10 or so other Supremes that Saul at Centre City Music in San Diego had in stock. All of them had gold frets, none of them had any back plates. The case is also correct: faux, black snakeskin, white liner and detachable shroud. The Supreme's are thicker than the regular Les Paul's, so not any regular Gibson case will fit. It's real.

  • Les Paul Supremes don't have backplates. And I don't know what you're seeing because this guitar looks real.

  • Ive seen a fake supreme theres no arch on the back if there fake and theres no back cavity covers

  • Actually, I personally believe its fake, because of the 'S' in the logo. Its too curved and the real gibbys have thick straight writing.. Sorry people..And also, its extremely well made for a copy

  • I don't see anything wrong with the "s". Besides, the Gibson logo has changed many times over the years. And I've never seen a fake with gold frets.

  • no its definetly real, the 's' in the logo matches up perfectly with the 's' on my gibson. also no counterfeit company would be able to make anything that nice, especially trying to make the supreme headstock inlay

  • My dad made the great decision of buying a fake supreme by accident. The one we have has black knobs and the covers on the back. It also says made in usa on the headstock and has the serial number. Basically what the good folks in Nashville told us is what we have is a glorified Epiphone Custom. Needless to say, I think the one in this video is real.

  • where are thew back panel covers?

  • It's a Gibson Les Paul SUPREME, they don't have back covers.

  • how do u know its replica? i cant tell the diffrence lol

  • I see NO evidence that this guitar is fake. If it is, then it's VERY well made! It's nothing like the fakes from China, those are EASY to spot.

  • @OddTimeMan hey how do you know if it is fake??

  • @damrkyleguy There are many different ways to tell a bad fake from an original, but the better fakes are much harder to tell. It's best to see it in person...or at least get lots of high res detailed photos.

  • @OddTimeMan mehhh i dont know about the case.....its written gibson usa when you buy a studio......but its written custom when you buy a custom so why wouldnt it be written supreme when you buy a supreme...and the gold hardware seems weird...too goldy

  • @PiercingTruth Customs are made in the Gibson Custom Shop, that's why their cases say "Custom." Studios, Standards, and Supremes are NOT made in the Custom Shop, they're made in the Gibson factory. This case looks very real. The fake cases are nowhere near this nice. And I've never seen a fake Supreme with gold frets.

  • @OddTimeMan fake case

  • @roman14032 How so? The fake Chinese cases I've seen are nowhere near this nice, not even close.

  • @OddTimeMan The frets on any Gibson Les Paul would have fret binding. "Nibs" as they are called. This one hasn't. If in doubt, Have a Look at my chinese replicas.

  • @LesPaulDuderino and this doesnt come ina alpine white finish

  • @OddTimeMan theyre supposed to have HOT flamed grade AAA maple tops and they only come in heratige cherry and desert burst, anything else is fake.

  • @ThePr0jecti0n That isn't true at all. Gibson Supremes came in a variety of finishes and colors over the years...and White was definitely one of them.

  • @OddTimeMan oh im soorry excuse me thanks for correcting me it just seemed a little unusual ive never seen a white one all my life,

  • my dream guitar!! oh how i long to have something like that someday :D

  • I wish they still sold these. I'd paint "OUT OF STEP" on the back of mine like Tim McIlrath did, if I had one, although the new run of them are beautiful as well.

  • why dont they sell them anymore?

  • gawjus

  • well...i want to buy it on 7.500

    ?

  • Comment removed

  • i want to buy it on 5.000 $?

  • what is the song called??

can you key on the information

  • @funkyeliq seed of memory i think by terry reid?? i think thats right .. its on the devils rejects soundtrack

  • nice guitar!!

    and what song is that?

  • easily the most beautiful guitar on earth

  • Fuck i want a les paul now.

  • I want one of these bad boys and then I'm gonna get a Custom Shop to paint "OUT OF STEP" on the back like Tim McIlrath's LP Supreme.

  • @CriticsConfession Just Like Me :D

  • That is one beautiful Les Paul!

  • ok you guys that are saying its fake are just showing how fucked up you are have you played it have you seen it in real life have you ever seen a real Gibson first of all the headstock logo is right the vault os right these two things in them self are the things that the chinesse cant seem to get right and yes i do know what im talking about i am a gibson dealer and by the way a studio is not the same as a custom or a standard they are the cheap ass Gibsons for people that cant afford a real one

  • Hey I never said that it was a fake. I'm not a Gibson Dealer but I do know my Les Pauls because I have owned a Custom before and currently own a Standard. I agree with you that this is the real thing.

  • sorry dude i didnt mean you i sell heaps on Ebay and every week i get these fuck heads telling me that some of the Gibsons that im selling are fake these people should get there facts right before shooting there mouths of they really shit me hey anyway sorry again dude

  • The Studio, Standard, Custom, and Supreme are all pretty much the same. The main differences are cosmetic. The Studio is plain looking, and the Custom is pretty, etc. Binding and gold hardware doesn't make it better, just better looking.

  • for a start the Studio is sold mahogany

the standard and the Custom have both got mapel tops which gives them a brighter top end and more tone that isn`t what the post was put on here for im over all the meatheads that keep telling everyone that all Gibsons on the net are fakes yes there are a lot of fakes and yes Gibson wants you to buy from Dealers

  • Studios have carved maple tops too. The ones that don't are the Worn Series and the Vintage Mahogany Series, but the regular Studios have maple tops.

  • kevin jonas is a pissweak little fukwit who probably just went to gibson guitars and said ive got lots of money just gimme the most expensive one. he probably has no idea what he's even holding

  • well said!!! fuck jonas!!!

  • You are a fuckin selos Man Kevin Jonas No not its gay

    SELOS!!

  • 2000 and its a deal. great guitar

  • O_O

    i love this guitar!!!

  • I'LL PAY DOUBLE PRICE

  • what,... thats a true gibson les paul supreme noob... search on gibson website and ull find it...

not in white cuz its a discontinuated color but that's a real one

  • yo preferiria comprar una ibanez o una jackson

  • That thing will look beautiful in like 30 years. the finish will be wonderfully aged...

  • NIce guitar!!!!!!!!!! whats this song called?

  • lepartom vezrah kosher tee ramat go..something i can't tell ...forgive me if my pronounciation is a little off, im only a second grader, im interested for my dad.

  • Shalom! awesome!!! my hebrew name is nehemiah, my mother miriam, my father calman... we don't live in isreal ... in canada... i go to hilel academy.

You sell it?? ... How much did u sell it for??

  • thats a beauty...it really gets my dick hard

  • pls name song?

  • SHIT! Check out that beauty! Why did you sell it?

  • how much do you want for?

  • ...if you don't know, don't speak

  • and Supreme doesn't have holes on the back...check the Gibson site

  • Alpine White finish is a special paint that hide partially or completely the number on the back... I have a Les Paul Alpine White and it seems there's non number, but if you look closely you can see it under the paint

  • Yes, I've been trying to explain this to people but they don't get it. The number is stamped into the wood before the guitar is painted, so it's hard to see!

  • well Cypher Thanatos its acctually printed on the back of the head stock into the paint

  • Dude where is your number on the back of your headstock?? every real gibson has it?

  • I'm sure it's there. Read my comment below.

  • and where is the gibson logo on the back on the headstock?

  • Supremes don't have a Gibson logo on the back of the headstock. Do you mean the Custom Shop logo? Those are on Les Paul Customs from 2003-present...the one's before 2003 didn't have it.

  • ok if you say so :P it looks like you know where you talking about so i believe i didn't know i thought every gibson had a serial nummer and logo on the back well every gibson i ever saw in my life had it so my bad sorry ;p

  • my studio dosnt hav
