It's time to start shoveling dirt into the hole to fill up the hole. We can't dig it deeper if we want out of it. The way to promote job growth isn't to punish job makers. That's what Strickland has done to NCR. And look they aren't here anymore. Thanks to Strickland we now have 200,000+ unemployed Ohioans. And the temporary Census jobs aren't going to pay off their mortgages. We need a governor who is going to place flower petals at the job creators feet to get them back into Ohio.
No deficit spending is NOT what got us out of the Great Depression. You must have been listening to your liberal Keynesian economist too much. Look at the facts. Deficit spending prolonged the depression. The World War II industrial machine is what brought us out of it. And that took bringing the stay at home half of society out into the workforce to accomplish it. We don't have that option anymore. They are already there. You can't dig a hole bigger to get you out of the current hole.
Look people, the last time America was in a huge mess was the Great Depression. Government programs financed by deficit spending are what got America out of the Great Depression. After America got out of the depression, the debt was paid off. The same needs to happen in the present. For the moment, government spending must be high. Once the economy recovers, the debt can be paid off. Sight, such ignorant people......
