Hey RON.. I'm a Scotch drinker. Scotch is an acquired taste. You might want to taste it before you put it into your fruitcake. I drink Johnny Walker.. Very smooth. However Scotch does not taste like American Whiskey. Anyway... If you choose to add it to your fruitcake... Be very careful because everyone that I have known that drink to much Scotch... All their kids where born naked. So go easy. And don't use it all. I might take a trip to Korea and would love to finish that bottle for you.LOL

@cwheard1966 Uh oh! I used over half the bottle, and I poured some in my stir fry. I did taste it. In fact, I cheated and did not let one of the fruit cupcakes cure long enough. I actually enjoyed the flavor, although I still prefer Brandy.
