Man, if i was driving like this i'd think i am setting a record lap and that no one could do it better but in reality others were much faster than Johnny in this qlf.

A good driver but he was still outqualified by his teammate Eddie Irvine:
Irvine: P9 1.26.818
Herbert: P14 1.27.461
Obvious these times came in slightly drier conditions than those shown in the video though.

notice how there is a dry line all the way around the circuit, but when he gets to club there is none so he has to go about 5 mph to not spin through there its at 1:02

He's definetely slowing down in that section, but onboard images never show the real pace. I think the speed is still around 80 to 90 km/h there.

Cool lap! Johnny handled that lap extremely well because he had dry tyres on in partially wet conditions.
