If the devs of KZ2 released it on PC it would be able to be the best game ever. But did you know it runs at 600p at consoles and is upscaled? thats 800x600... my grannies computer can play games at high at that low of a resolution.

Why the hell would I not have the game? It would be idiotic to judge a game without first playing it, had it, and I traded it, the last boss was pretty crappy as well, warhead was kind of an improvement but the machine pistol had way too much recoil.
How am I a PS3 fanboy? 1. I don't own a PS3, I only tried it at a cousin's house. 2. I never mention a single thing about the PS3 or its games on this video. The 360 beats PC gaming though in many ways for sure, yes PC games have the best graphics in most cases, except in CoDWaW I have pc version and xbox, textures are more detailed on xbox even though i have the pc one maxed out, and the community size is larger + games are glitch free usually. Gears of War has like 10 players on PC, no ranked.

that was to get people to sign up for a site to get me a bonus a while back because ps3 vids are more active than 360/pc vids, i traded crysis a while ago so i dont even have it anymore, gameplay is old after an hour, just keep switching from armor mode to other mode and the level design isnt unique except for that zero gravity level but that was a pain to aim accurately
You can't put down PC gaming just because it doesnt have a developed Gears of War community.
I have an x-box 360 and a high end PC, the PC games are still my favourite but the 360 is better for certain types of game like third person. And it's nice to be able to play in the comfort of your living room sofa rather than a desk.
I used Gears of War as an example, nobody plays anything modern anymore. Most games have a fraction of the community size compared to xbox plus glitches, CoD5 is another example, game is filled with game ruining bugs yet to be fixed and nobody plays it often anymore. FO3 doesnt even run without crashing for me
True, but games like L4D have a vibrant PC community and it runs better on PC.
Still, youre right that most online pc gamers tend to remain entrenched in older titles, there are many reasons behind this but where not far off the point now, when even entry level PC's will handle the latest titles with ease.
Ultimately what interests me a lot is the concept of mass online first person shooters. Planetside is an old gem but looks its age now. But there are new ones just round the corner

What a failure of a response. First of all, I never said 360 game have better graphics than a 360, I said the 360 is better, why? Because people BUY the games so they play MULTIPLAYER. Also, the 360 can easily run Crysis, probably not maxed out but at high settings, it's called optimization. Crysis is trash anyway, I upgraded my PC for that failure of a game and I beat it in a day. That is ridiculous, the multiplayer sucks, the story sucks, all it has is graphics, warhead is a little better.

@BIGDDOG95 ok but 2000 is a little bit too much, research on how to build since your new to it, id go with a 600-1000 price since you arent requiring the absolute ultra extreme. I built one for 400 that does very nicely. If you need help im sure theres many people on youtube and the internet who can help you if you need help. The thing I suggest is to build a PC with average specs. Todays PC that you build for 500 can play games for the next 7 years, kinda like a PS2 lifetime.
@BIGDDOG95 if you need some advice just contact I see you are 15 years old its ok im 16 I only learned PC building at 15 as well started last year in july (great time to start). I think what your looking for can be done for under 1000 and you can use that extra 500 for future upgrades, games, headphones, cool mice, etc.

@BIGDDOG95 well if you want to have a good pc i suggest just start over and like I said it can be done in under 500 dollars. Yah those specs arent so great, mine were similar though until I built a new one for around 450 that runs great. If all you do is play old games thats ok but for games after 2005 you might want an upgrade. But only if you want to, i'm just saying( not trying to force anyone into anything just a suggestion).
@BIGDDOG95 ok if you want an alienware, just a little advice beware the high prices. Go to a website called NEWEGG.COM and they have really cheap prebuilt systems for sale or try microcenter, NCIX, they all have great prebuilts. They also sell extra parts in case you want say a new graphics card.

@hashir244 No, since Crysis2 is on console, they had to lower the number of particles, models polycount & texture resolution. The texture pack raised the res a lot, but models polycount & particles ingame aren't raised. Dx11 makes the game looking greater but not at a point that Crysis 2 looks better than Crysis. Here an example of what's capable Cryengine 2: watch?v=GDwoWnLSmO0 . Cryengine 3 cannot render something as near of photorealism. Up to date, Crysis is still the best looking game ever.

@hashir24 I'm not retard, I played Crysis 2 on PC at maximum settings and about everything looks worse than Crysis. Both crysis begins with an ingame vid where we can clearly see that Crysis's character are wayyy better modeled. Crysis 2's building are so low poly count. You look at them, there's no any detail, the whole building is a single plane with textures.
And, it's not because it's a jungle that it looks better, look at COD 5's jungle missions, it still look like shit.

who cares about graphics, REALLY? why do games these days have insane graphics+sounds, but are not complimented by great gameplay. if super mario bros. has taught is anything, its this: great gameplay far overshadows the graphics.
That's not entirely true. Great graphics "suck you in" and completely immerse you in the game. Sure, super mario was pretty fun, but I could tell that I was staring at some tiny character on a tv screen. With great graphics you get so into the game that you feel like you are "actually there". When playing mirror's edge, for example, I actually lean forwards when doing a roll because I am so into the game. Graphics account for more of a game than most people think.

kz2 graphics are medicore for pc gamers.. pc games have very sharp visules where kz2 is very blury now maybe if it was realesed on pc so i could run it at 2048x1536 16 aa 16 af 60+ fps higher textures betteer shadows it would be a pretty decent looking game...

This game is pretty much the only reason to have a $2500 rig. Everything besides the graphics are mediocre. But the graphics... oh man, he graphics...

i see what your saying about graphics and i agree, but consoles get more games have better online and are just better games. crysis really nailed the graphics, but failed at literally every other aspect of a game. the ps3/360 are vastly superior where a gaming machine needs to be superior. and thats game play and accessability. and the problem is cost, no entry level pc that costs 299 and can run crysis at a good enough clip to make it even the slightest bit enjoyable. thus loss of huge market

How am I a PS3 fanboy? 1. I don't own a PS3, I only tried it at a cousin's house. 2. I never mention a single thing about the PS3 or its games on this video. The 360 beats PC gaming though in many ways for sure, yes PC games have the best graphics in most cases, except in CoDWaW I have pc version and xbox, textures are more detailed on xbox even though i have the pc one maxed out, and the community size is larger + games are glitch free usually. Gears of War has like 10 players on PC, no ranked.

that was to get people to sign up for a site to get me a bonus a while back because ps3 vids are more active than 360/pc vids, i traded crysis a while ago so i dont even have it anymore, gameplay is old after an hour, just keep switching from armor mode to other mode and the level design isnt unique except for that zero gravity level but that was a pain to aim accurately

I have an x-box 360 and a high end PC, the PC games are still my favourite but the 360 is better for certain types of game like third person. And it's nice to be able to play in the comfort of your living room sofa rather than a desk.

I used Gears of War as an example, nobody plays anything modern anymore. Most games have a fraction of the community size compared to xbox plus glitches, CoD5 is another example, game is filled with game ruining bugs yet to be fixed and nobody plays it often anymore. True, but games like L4D have a vibrant PC community and it runs better on PC.
Still, youre right that most online pc gamers tend to remain entrenched in older titles, there are many reasons behind this but where not far off the point now, when even entry level PC's will handle the latest titles with ease.
Ultimately what interests me a lot is the concept of mass online first person shooters. Planetside is an old gem but looks its age now. But there are new ones just round the corner

What a failure of a response. First of all, I never said 360 game have better graphics than a 360, I said the 360 is better, why? Because people BUY the games so they play MULTIPLAYER. Also, the 360 can easily run Crysis, probably not maxed out but at high settings, it's called optimization. Crysis is trash anyway, I upgraded my PC for that failure of a game and I beat it in a day. That is ridiculous, the multiplayer sucks, the story sucks, all it has is graphics, warhead is a little better.

PS3 and 360 can not run the program. so yes i do know for sure that there are going to be a lot of jagged edges. I you watch a cry engine 3 demonstration with the engine they ARE going to use in crysis 2( cry engine 3 is only for consoles i think) and you will notice A LOT of jagged edges. and less face it fan boys jagged ages ruin graphics and clarity. enough said i think :D

I built one for 400 that does very nicely. If you need help im sure theres many people on youtube and the internet who can help you if you need help. The thing I suggest is to build a PC with average specs. Todays PC that you build for 500 can play games for the next 7 years, kinda like a PS2 lifetime.

Yah those specs arent so great, mine were similar though until I built a new one for around 450 that runs great. If all you do is play old games thats ok but for games after 2005 you might want an upgrade. But only if you want to, i'm just saying( not trying to force anyone into anything just a suggestion).

The texture pack raised the res a lot, but models polycount & particles ingame aren't raised. Dx11 makes the game looking greater but not at a point that Crysis 2 looks better than Crysis. Here an example of what's capable Cryengine 2: watch?v=GDwoWnLSmO0 . Cryengine 3 cannot render something as near of photorealism. Up to date, Crysis is still the best looking game ever.

@hashir24 I'm not retard, I played Crysis 2 on PC at maximum settings and about everything looks worse than Crysis. Both crysis begins with an ingame vid where we can clearly see that Crysis's character are wayyy better modeled. Crysis 2's building are so low poly count. You look at them, there's no any detail, the whole building is a single plane with textures.
And, it's not because it's a jungle that it looks better, look at COD 5's jungle missions, it still look like shit.

That's not entirely true. Great graphics "suck you in" and completely immerse you in the game. Sure, super mario was pretty fun, but I could tell that I was staring at some tiny character on a tv screen. With great graphics you get so into the game that you feel like you are "actually there". When playing mirror's edge, for example, I actually lean forwards when doing a roll because I am so into the game. Graphics account for more of a game than most people think.

dont u understand?? Why crytek is doing crysis 2 for consoles?? Beacause of all PC's pirate game versions... Like everyone, crytek wants more money, so they will make crysis 2 on consoles too... And - have u seen crye3 tech vidoe?? it looks worse... In fact - consoles even cant handle cryengine2, so crye3=crye2 with dumbed down graphics version and no AA for consoles..
