You do know that there are black Hispanics who don't speak Spanish, right? I don't know if Zoe Saldana speaks Spanish, but she is definitely a Black Latina. Still, I don't think a kid should be deported without knowing if he or she has family in the foreign country. At the very least, this idiot child should have been placed in foster care for a while.

I did however read many articles indicating that almost all illegal immigrants who are accused of identity theft use other people's identities unintentionally. This is because the IDs were sold to them by real criminals who claimed to be able to get them proper documentation.

@daviddwk She had no ID, and unless she's been arrested before her prints aren't on file. I didn't get printed for the first time until I was 35 and applied for a firearm license. There isn't much to trace children by unless they get into trouble.
On another note... The name she gave the cops was Tica Cortez.
