I had my son at Mercy hospital at 10:39pm on Feb 9th. It was SO scary being in the hospital while this was going on, not too far away! The only thing they could do was put all the beds in the hallway!

Yes, that was Gary England. We had him on a local FM station where he was doing a simulcast.

Was this one of the KCOC streams? I watched this live on the net...great footage!
stormchasingmikey 3 years ago
No, I don't have streaming capabilities yet. We saw other chasers on I-35 so it was probably one of theirs.

I checked with the station and they said that it was an EF4 in northern Logan
County, however we shall wait for the NWS in Norman to make the final call
dang my grand parents live in Enid. (about 2 hrs north of oklahoma city for those who didnt know where enid was.) good thing they didnt get hit

Judging from the size & how much damage Edmond & NW OKC sustained, I'm guessing it's gonna be at least an EF-3, maybe an EF-4.

Officially rated EF2
2 fatalities sadly ,,,,,,, I wonder what Its rating will be, I havnt heard of or seen the damag from it yet , BIG thanks for getting this up so fast
