The IRS and their FRIVELOUS arguement mubo jumbo hahhahahaha all the souls of those who have fallen in defence of this country are going to haunt the those who have sinned againsted AMERICANS you have commited the true sin! failure to allow another to thrive and you cannot ever argue that you did not know you were administering true and actual law you are not ! you will be sorry for all you have done to those who you administered your bogus torts look for me there one day !
I am curious. Not sure exactly how US law works. But to establish someone as "a taxpayer under US federal law", why the heck do you need a "witness"?? Doesn't the tax legislation define what this is so that anyone can interpret it (ahem the lawyer) and appeal to the judge?
@jayasuriya101 I think it all falls back to contract and/or trust law - it's about probating the estate. IDK, title 26 is only 6.5 million words long...
@jayasuriya101 someone from the IRS needs to say "hey, this is what the taxable amount is and this is where the defendant is breaking said law.." so.. if you can not even establish that the defendant legally owes a tax.. how can you charge him with a crime/fraud?
Wow, just started watching this video. The girl sounds like a brand spanking new lawyer. You can actually hear her voice cracking. Poor kid is probably like 25 or younger. Hope you guys didn't phone molest her too bad. lol.. We'll see. [unpause]
I'm GLAD someone put this up on you tube. There's a guy posing as an IRS agent (swears he's not) called RETSQUID. You can find him in the Sherry Peel Jackson video (ex irs agent tells it like it is). I had him running in circles over this phone call (and other IRS related topics). Watch him though, he's a master at doublespeak, lol.
So, someone sent the IRS a copy of 1099s on this guy, and he didn't report the income on his tax return, and the IRS wants to use that against him, but the IRS doesn't want to say who the issuer(s) of the 1099 income statements was/were?
The defense attorney should have the right to subpoena the companies or people who can testify that this man worked for them and they paid him that money in those years.
@texme No, I study law first hand. I use the system against itself. The problem with guys like Marc is that they do not understand how business entities are formed and their relationships with those entities. People who lend trusts consciousness and physical capacity have corporate immunity from trust as long as said person does not commit fraud. This is because they probably did not study law enough. The real solution is education, check out teamlaw(dot)org and read patriot myth 22
@SimplyThinkDreams youtube channel: user/benlowreyhimself he gives a detailed nuts and bolts breakdown of the contracting subject. there is nothing special about trusts you may be putting a mental block in your way thinking this.
@texme I do not care what someone has to say about contracts. If I want to learn anything about law including contract law, I will go to a law library not someones youtube channel. Besides, I already studied contract law and trust law. I have also studied the tax code but it is incomprehensible. Trusts are business entities. They are not people. SSNs identify trusts due to the fact the SSA reserves ownership of the SSC when they offer a person to hold it for them until they request it back.
What a pathetic, typical dopey highly edu-macated "American" nitwit. Can you imagine...making your "living" getting paid by forced taxation to harass and intimidate your fellow Americans and forcibly confiscate the money they make earning a living.
"I can see where you're going with this Mr Stevens..." - LOL, Marc's great, heard this one on the radio a while back, brilliant. The old 'frivolous argument' chestnut, love it.

She starts to break down at about 5:08. Listen to the tremor in her voice when she says, "I can see where you're going with this, Mr. Stevens..."
I hope that woman isn't used to winning arguments with her husband.

Guaranteed this guy lost at trial! Social security numbers identify taxpayers, which are trusts and not living human beings.
