First thing I added to Morrowind and Oblivion was added NPC mods, as Bethesda worlds always look empty! Did the same with Fallout 3 and New Vegas, as you could walk into a casino and see no customers! Talk about unimmersive!

Hm it really is a nice mod and keeps what it promises, even more than that. Merry music, great tavern atmosphere and livly npc's enjoying themselfes. There's just one thing that bugs me: Whenever I see this clip I always think to myself: This would so fit into the Baldur's Gate Universe, but it just doesn't fit to Morrowind... :/ Well, my opinion

The graphics were fine for 2002 and with the right mods are great to this day. The reason you could couldn't hit anyone is hits were based on dice rolls much like KOTOR, the fights were decided by the characters skill, not the players skill. Increasing your skill with a certain class of weapon would increase the chances of making contact.

I wish this bar was a separate plugin from the clothes mod.

I do like having more activity than the standard bars, but this one is so over the top it doesn't really fit with the game. It's a fun technical demo to look at for a few minutes though.

The scripting for the music is annoying. It always defaults to the same song every time you enter, starts playing exploration music after the first song (which is strange), and it doesn't reset the volume to normal when you leave.

I remember walking in to bars in Morrowind to see everyone just standing there... no music... no movement... and I thought to myself, "Dunmer do NOT know how to have fun."

After the 3rd tumbleweed rolled by, I decided to leave, finding myself in the company of this fine video.

Wouldn't it be great if somebody were to replace all the bars and such with this kind of stuff. In fact, a living NPC overhaul would be something of a mother fricking miracle.

They should have simply taken Morrowind boosted the graphic up a little, Ragdoll as in Hidden and Dangerous and noone wouldve comlained, riding was even done by modders for MW.
