People use the term "hit" a bit too loosely. This is a good song (because it follows the good song formula). The whole disc should have good songs. I have been disappointed many times by bands that have one or two "hits", and the remainder of the disc is filler. Half a century ago, you couldn't even record a full album without having it consisting of good songs. The standard is lower now.
Please take these thoughts that won't go away and try much harder to make them do so.
