It's considered a safety issue to have drivers look directly ahead on the road and glance up for a brief moment? But it's not a safety issue if they look a hundred feet to the side of the road to look at a big flashy lighted billboard? You have the freedom of speech, provided you are in the privacy of your own home speaking to yourself and of course in designated "free speech zones".
I hope someone gets into a crash and sues you guys to hell and back.
