  • @guitarrock2008 Thank you so much for the link! You're totally right, you need the right diet and exercises to bring out your muscles, I've only been using the MuscleMaximizer guide for a week or so and ALREADY my abs look RIPPED!

  • My routine: side to sides using 25 pnd plate, 10 rocky elevated situps, 20 (4 count) flutter kicks, 10 (4 count) criss cross's, 10 (3 count) leg raises - 2 sets. 25 rollouts using an easy curl bar. 25 decline situps. 50 crunches on medicine ball. 15 obleak situps both sides (25 pnd plate 2 sets) 30 pull downs. 25 weighted crunches.  I got a 6 pack in 6 months.

  • @FitnessFAQs I did this workout 5x like he said. Normally I work out my abs with Insanity or P90x so I'm used to it. This is a great workout for beginners though.

  • @matthewpaph You can go to the doctors, or see a personal trainer for them to test it properly. Or you can buy skin calipers and test it yourself.

  • @TheGamma67 To expose the six pack abs you need to have a low body fat % ~10 in males and you can see them. Cardio 3-4 days per week, this ab routine 2 times per week and manipulating your carbs would be a good start.

    Depends on many factors I can't give you a difinitive answer.

And people knocking it, need to listen up because this info in a gym runs about $70 an hour for personal trainer, he's giving away secrets for free. Just pay attention and say thank you, this man isn't in this shape because he doesn't know what it takes.
