Sensei Boaz,just curious what about shihonage you dont care for?I personally like the technique but never felt the right energy to pull it off on a resistant opponent,could this be why?
How do you ascend through the dans? I've seen one or two testings here on youtube. But I can't seem to find anywhere that'll break it all down for me.

Yeah, well, he's a 4th dan. He kinda doesn't have a choice but to know the basics. And since he's a 4th dan, he does the basics very well.
