I actually doubt that he's currently a member as he'd probably be public about it, but all the references I can find to Neil and Scientology seem to be lacking an initial source. Everything's just what some people on the internet have said (even down to my "fact" that David and Neil Gaiman are related, now that I think about it).

ExcaliburofLight: I did a pretty thorough search of the intertubes for personal connections w/ Neil and Scientology. I know his dad was an officer, and he was prolly raised inside, but I can't find anything that proves he personally has given the church money (as opposed to his family).

Gaiman's parents, David and Sheila Gaiman are listed under The Gaiman Family UK & G&G Vitamins. His sisters, now married, contribute under the names Calcione and Edwards. Mark Headly testifies in his book Blown for Good that both David and Neil Gaiman were reinstated to Scientology and issued an apology.
