We don't need more gov't involved in our lives, let smart states with no helmet laws alone. they have it correct. It should be OUR choice and not MANDATORY. I live in one and CHOOSE to wear it, NOT because I'm MADE to. STFU
Obilously these states do not care if their citizens brains are spread out on their roads and streets, BUT us ryders that think SAFETY & what-if factor do care. Dont' let your state decide how smart you should be. I would phrase this meaning on what Steele006 was actually refering to.
