Here in Canada (and the USA) we have the longest season and playoffs in which some players end up playing 100+ games combined. Our best players are never available because of this.

Europeans love the World Hockey Championships so much because their players play in the shitty leagues over there and their season is over for the WHC. Here in Canada (and the USA) we have the longest season and playoffs in which some players end up playing 100+ games combined. Our best players are never available because of this.
Here in Canada, we take the WHC as a grain of salt. Only things that matter are the Olympics and the World Cup of Hockey. Try beating us in either of those today.
