A color gloss can be semi-permanent when used with heat, or it can be temporary when the application is done without heat. A gloss goes into the hair cuticles, and it can last for 2 to 4 weeks.
You don't have to> WHat u don't want to do is put a processing bag over the head because color needs oxygen to oxide. If you put a plastic bag over it will not work the same.
You did a wonderful job. I do color gloss at home, it doesn't tell me to use heat. However, I'm not too happy with the shine, does heat make it shinier?
