1:44 is from the Japanese promotional video. None of the footage from that video is in the anime, to my knowledge (I haven't looked at it in a while). But it does in fact imply that Fakir/Fakia/whatever kisses Duck/Ahiru.

Um...2:48? In the water? That's in the episode just before the love shard battle in the underground lake with Princess Kraehe (sp?). Duck is showing Fakir the way out of the hole they fell in.

If you're talking about the 'kiss', that's from a little promo video they made before the series went into production. I believe. It's only a few minutes long and, while it contains cool scenes (a lot of them were used in that Hall om Mig video you see around), it is not footage of another season.
