Absolutely, a phenomenal cover song of the late Sam Cooke. Rod Jackson nailed it. Excellent arrangement in all areas.

How has this song not been viewed more? Amazing version. Rod Jackson is one of the best vocalists around... Soulful, emotional, passionate... all the great qualities one could hope for just resonates through his voice. Nice guitar work in this version as well!

Better then Billy, and sounds like Otis Redding, but unfortunately you must have exceptional vocals to top the original artist Sam Cooke. It is a nice Blues version, but Sam Cooke is too anointed to be touched, and he did it best. You should find Val Kilmer or Donnie Thompson singing this song for some hints on how to make it better. You definitely can sing!!!!!!
