i would have to agree with alot of people. its not the fact whether g.e. made it or became 'famous' that is the point or is important. I was Greenhouse Effect's East Coast manager/promoter back in 1991 and 1992 and let me tell you no other band that I promoted got more great reviews and stirred a huge " BUZZ " more than them. I sent their tapes and press kits out to dozens of magazines and never got a bad review on them. They were and still are the most original sounding band that I have ever heard! Too bad it's taken 20 years for them to finally be heard by the masses! Gotta thank the internet for this. Clark Hagins rulz!

i was born in 89 and i think this band kicks ass on a level of epic proportions. you don't have to be born before 82 to appreciate good music. but shit of today cannot compare to the legends of the past. if anything GE is living proof that people should still rock like the old days instead of all the new bullshit out on the market.
