@Mitzibitzi ~ I don't know...We've never had bunnies as pets. We have 2 guinea pigs, 2 cats & 2 fish tanks. I hope you get your bunny and he or she is a great loving pet!

i found 2 a few years ago. my dad was like, NO THATS JUST GRASS! and i shown him and he was like OMG!!! then we left them out a day to see if their mom picked them up/ took them away but she didnt. we had them for a few days and then they passed... :(
@jenna756 I know. It's very sad. They're best chance to survive is for their mom to come back to care for them. I heard that it's almost impossible when they are that young to take them in and care for them. You did the right thing. It's unfortunate the mom didn't return.
i seen alot of newborn bunnies.hey wen it was alive did u go to the petshop n asked wat milk did it drink cuz cow milk doesnt work.a bottle for newbordn bunnies r sold in petshops alot.hey add me or illl add u

I'm not sure where the mommy went, but she must not have been back in days to care for her babies. At first we weren't even sure what it was. I had never seen a newborn bunny either. will im telling u that its not hard because i had a friend that had a bunny that she found and she was feeding him all the time and he is still alive all the people that telling u that its hard to keep him alive its not true .
i have 6 bunnies that born and the mom didnt have any milk i was feeding them for 1 month and they still alive nothing happened.
its easy to keep them u supose to feed them with goats milk and he would be alive i dont think u even read in the internet what to do ujust took him out afcourse he will die without eating.
I actually did feed him some milk with an eyedropper and put him back where he was found, hoping that the mommy bunny would come back to care for it. I did search the net and made several calls to animal rescue. They said that it would be very hard to keep a bunny that young alive without the mother.
Unfortunately he did not make it. With him were 4 other siblings that had already past away. I researched what to do and I found that it is very unlikely we could save him and to just hope mommy comes back. We laid him on a warm water bottle outside and just hoped that his mommy would return to help him, but she didn't. So sad. Thanks for you comment.:o(
