  • Plageurism is only moral in music...

Your videos are badass man. I'm a strong

believing christian although I hardly apply

the teachings in the bible to my life, sadly.

In any case I'm definitely subscribing you

because my ass fell asleep in the middle of

watching your stuff. Keep on Man!

  • gee, and i thought miss teen usa south carolina was incoherent.

  • really? the english language is incoherent to you? strange...

  • who is retarded?

  • He is.

  • Jerry Foulwell was coutersued by Larry Flint over permission. (The people vs. Larry Flint)

  • Flynt*

    just a friendly correction.

    -b. flint

  • Eddy, this guy has no evidence for his argument. Of course he had to steal. Look at VenomFangX. Half the people plagiarizing don't know what they're repeating and look like 4 year olds reciting the Gettisberg Address. I don't talk about the Big Bang because I don't understand it.

  • how right you are, of course the rule only applies if you speak out in support of the hovind saga if BS...

    ...thats true right?

    "winks"

  • I would be happy if I never heard the word "DMCA" again. It's like a swear word to me now. Of course, that could be because we are repeatedly targeted for DMCA claims by people who hold no copyright over the "infringing" material.

And you're right: this antiglobalist guy couldn't come up a coherent argument on his own, so he just ctrl-c, ctrl-v'ed.

But do you want your nonsense fresh or regurgitated?

  • no, not at all, I was half kidding. I just wanted people to be aware of his lying and plagiarism.

  • My original intention was to do research on the time warp resistance law mentioned. There is no such law, but the articles regarding this "theory" (lol) came from creationist websites. On those website I found articles that matched word for word to his video, so out of curiosity, I did a search on the text in his description box and noticed the same.

  • Let the Christians do the DMCA'ing. I just wanted to expose him as a mindless parrot.

  • absolutely!! Well done once again!! subbed!

  • The fucker removed some comments that pointed out his plagiarism, and the fact that the text in his video description had already been refuted over at Google Groups.

  • I wouldn't bother with DMCA. Just let this video stand as testament to what we're dealing with here.

  • yeah, I was half kidding about the DMCA, I just wanted people just to go check out his obvious deceit. He might be just a liar and a fraud, and not just misguided.

  • DMCA-ing him won't get us anywhere. It'll just give creationists more reason to hate us.

  • i think they have all the reason they need to hate us

  • I think you're right.

    DMCA-man, away!

  • just let him go with the plagiarism, i guess you shouldnt drop to the level they are at, but if you feel you need to it should be pretty fun to watch.

  • So... he calls us clones but steals most arguements from Kent Hovind, and directly from "Reclaiming Science From Darwinism" by Kenneth Poppe.

    What a moron.

  • Eddy--it's sad but true: most creationists are liars. I'm sometimes amused by their ranting, but other times I get pissed at their incredible dishonesty. Their constant lying is pretty ironic, considering that they're a pack of numbskull dipshits who like to call smart people immoral.

  • It's really the blatant anti-intellectualism that I don't understand. It seems to be a virus among the misinformed.

  • I guess what I mean is that they will use any weapon they can in trying to convert people to their own narrow beliefs--and if they have to lie--so be it. A small price to pay for saving souls. I guess God's salesmen are compensated purely on a commission basis.

  • meh. its only in america. I'd say that creationism will die out within the next ~50 years

  • I'm pretty sure that antiglobalists is from Canada.

  • "I'm pretty sure that antiglobalists is from Canada. "

Is that a poke to the north? You want a piece of me?

We sometimes have people who don't take their medication here too.

Or go to school. Or who can read.

  • LMAO!!! Oh no... hairy, I wouldn't dare duel with you. You'd take me down in a heartbeat (after a few Molsens I'm assuming)

  • Funny--migkillertwo--I've had creationists (with a straight face!) tell me that evolutionary theory will be gone in a couple of decades.

  • Well, they believe that the universe was created after the Sumerians discovered glue and the domestication of the dog, that dinosaurs were on the arc and that a flood that killed virtually all the living things on the earth was the product of a "loving god", so we shouldn't be surprised they think evolutionary theory will die soon, they clearly have a very tenuous grip on reality.

  • I generally don't seek permission for music,or images used if I am not receiving any money for the videos. I here is a possibility of me making any money I always ask first (Like in my Alice in Wonderland series, I asked permision from the band I will be using). However, I never claim it to be my own music and I give credit where it is due.

  • that's just it... he never said "Shitty Limp Biscuit Song by Limp Biscuit" or "All clips from the O'Reilly Factor" or "This is an excerpt from Allaboutcreation(dot)com". Nothing. Give credit where credit is due.

  • Seriously, I don'y think O'Reilly cares. He happed to mention that people can catch his shows on YouTube. I watch his show because I'm fascinated with propaganda. I can see right through him, but it entertains me to see everything slanted like a big SNL sketch.

  • Control C and Control V,

All you need to be a creationist apologist.

  • I keep forgetting i'm logged in as the wrong user at work.

  • LOL!!! awesome!!!

  • You should have done a victory dance at the end of this video, eddy.

Good one though! Another example of the pathological deception committed via creationists.

  • unfortunately, you "can't" file a DMCA unless YOU are the copyright holder - so there's nothing any of us could do (unless he is using YOUR material AND it doesn't fall within fair use)...

    XD

  • Yeah, I figured. But it's funny nonetheless.

  • "And the way that he tries to prove his made-up shit... he says that science is a lie and the Bible proves it..." - That's "MY" response, destroying antiglobalists' credibility... LOL

  • This reminds me of ID proponent William Dembski's recent plagiarism of a Harvard-made animation of the goings on inside a eukaryotic cell. Dembski admitted he did not have permission to use the video but claimed that because he found a modified version floating about on the internet (with a different narration and minus the credits) that he was somehow in the clear (!).

Most of these crackpots engage in deceit, plagiarism, intellectual property theft, etc. They're an odious lot.

  • I noticed that he copied the description too. I tried to comment on his video, but the damn page wouldn't let me! He even copied the damn FOOTNOTES!!!

It was obvious that it wasn't his own writing, it lacked grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, and seemed to be composed of coherent sentences.

  • HA ha ha!!!!! He copied the footnotes!!! Maybe he thought that made it OK!

  • Copying foot notes is even more dishonest because it makes him look like he did the research for the article presented. It wasn't work. It was cut and paste.

  • William Dembski (of the unDiscovery Institute) has also been caught with his pants down, using a video made by Harvard/XVIVO without their permission. Guess this kind of behaviour goes all the way to the top ;)

  • funny how christians often seem to think they automatically have license to use other believers' work, and even to state it as their own.

  • You seriously don't expect anything less than plagiarism from a creationist do you?

  • Isn't that how religion perpetuates itself? Every simply repeats what they have been told. No original thought.

  • EveryONE, even. =0

  • I replied above when I mean to reply to you lol.

"A plagiarism of a copy of a lie of a delusion from a mad man who didn't exist."

  • Words and music aside, wouldn't the news clips of O'rly be fair use?

  • why? Any reproduction of the O'Reilly Factor for any other use without explicit consent by News Corp. is a violation of their rights of ownership. As is my understanding.

  • A plagiarism of a copy of a lie of a delusion from a mad man who didn't exist.

  • For the same reasons that even if Hovind's materials were copyrighted, we could still use them.

I've seen billo shows being criticized over and over online without risk of DMCA I believe because of fair use. I don't think this would be any different.

  • Because Hovind's stuff is without copyright, and people give at least credit for using other people's material. I was kinda kidding about the DMCA claim here regarding antiglobalists. However my main point is he committed plagiarism, which he definitely did. He copy pasted and entire section of someone's work and did not cite of give credit.

  • The plagiarism I totally agree with. It's really slimy. I was just concerned with the whole DMCA thing and fair use.

Keep up the videos, I like your work.

    :D
