Season 1 was freaking boring until Amanda came. Only interesting thing was Michael cheating Jane, and Amanda's coming ;) Season 3 is easilly best season of Melrose Place, it really was crazy :D

Melrose Place was one of the greatest tv shows of the 90's - much better than overrated Beverly Hills 90210! Alison (Courtney Thorne-Smith) and Jake (Grant Show) were my 2 favorite characters from start to finish. I still can't believe they didn't get together.

Sydney (Laura Leighton) deserved much better ending - such a cuttie character.

Brilliant Michael (Thomas Calabro) should have been with Megan (Kelly Rutherford)

Ryan (John Newton) should have been with Lexi (Jamie Luner) - hot couple

@ViolaXZ now that you mention it, even though I loved only the high school years of Beverly Hills 90210, I HATED the post-high school years of 90210 because they were IN FACT OVERRATED. there just wasn't any significance to seasons 4-10. it was mostly showing rich kids just being rich with tiny problems.

The more that I watch this video, the more I remember how underrated season one actually was. Sure it wasn't the Melrose that we're used too, but it was still awesome! I love to watch when our favorite characters bond. We didn't see much of that in the later seasons, which is a bit of a shame. Still, all seven seasons of Melrose were incredible in some way or another. Even this one.

Well this was good. Sydney was jealous of her sister. Sydney wanted to copy Jane. She wanted to be in fashion and then wanted her sister's husband and the attention. I feld kinda bad for her. Whatever Syd tried to do in Jane's shadow did not stick.

@PopCulture20 Dynasty is boring as hell, Melrose Place was fun from 1-3, so I dont agree at al that it was like another Dynasty. The 2 shows are 2 me very different type of soaps.

I do however think Melrose places last 3 seasons sucked !! But yet a hell of a lot better than most of the crap that goe son tv today

in case you haven't realize, season 1of MP may have been boring to majority of the public, but it was more mature and realistic then seasons 2-7. after season 1, Michael became a gigolo, Kimberly became psychotic, Jane was beginning to lose her sanity, and don't let me get started on Allison. Everything became out of character after season 1 just to pull in a bigger audience when the show was already going strong

I think you should add more into the season one video, its looks so good but i think the other ones are done so well with the fast shots and stuff and even though sandy rhonda and matt arent big parts to the plot there should be some shots of them at least as they were in the original cast,even add a few of kelly and the others from 90210 when they appeared, be good to have shots of them all when they were all close.
