  • I enjoyed listening to it as much as u enjoyed playin it! :)

  • @Th1sWasATriumph,

Thanks bud! Never heard of stagg, but I concede, you win! lol

  • @BluesRocker52,

THanks for the kind props friend! Unfortunately I do not know the model of this Fender but I can assure you it is a VERY cheap guitar purchased for about $150. Part of the sound you hear is that this cheap guitar was outfitted with a cheap fishman pickup which is plugged into a nice SWR California Blonde amp with some decent EQ and aural enhancement. Would love to have a nice nylon string guitar someday! Best wishes to you with your journey through classical & flamenco!!!

  • @sethwmax I'll see your $150 guitar and raise you a stagg £35 guitar. No idea how the conversion works, but I think mine is cheaper.

Beautiful playing, by the way. Although I'd recommend something like a pg57 for recording acoustic.

  • I am a long time blues rocker who at a more mature age is falling in love with classical and flamenco. I just bought a cheap Fender classical to travel with and wondered which model you have. If you can get that tone on your Fender classical, imagine what you'd sound like with an expensive rodriguez or turner or milburn! Sounds heavenly and frankly you inspire me to take up classical all the more. Simply exquisite! Thanks for sharing your talent!

  • You are very gifted my friend.I can only wish I could play like you.I have been playing since my dad got me a guitar at the age of 6.He was a musician only a pianist but knew the guitar somehow.I can only hope to make him proud of me,thank you.

  • Looks like my CG-11 Fender.Cheaper but sounds good for the money.Nice job Seth.

  • out of the thousands of people who have a recording of this on youtube, this is the first I've seen that had been modified to show off the instrument its played on. i dont know if it was intentional but man that was amazing.

  • That...is freaking....AWESOME!!! Wish I could play like that!

  • what fender model is your guitar man?

  • don't know. i don't think it has a sticker or anything. it is cheap though. worth less than $200 i think.

  • Another great job seth thanks.

  • did you play this by ear?

  • yes

  • good shit dude good shit

i love music but i love listening to really good classical guitarists like yourself

cuz when people know what theyre doing it sounds godly

and when they dont it sounds god aweful (herman Li anyone) lol

  • dude thanks man. you are very kind. i checked out herman li (i had never heard of that unique dude)....i thought his stuff was pretty entertaining, but i don't think i could listen to that very long. just stumbled on a dude named parkening who rocks a classical pretty dang hard... take care man

  • Wow!! Those base lines sound like from a 2nd guitar ...great stuff :D

  • thank you it feels like i'm playing a 2nd guitar too. it would probably be easier if i were a split personality or something ha

    cheers and thx!

  • trippy background. almost distracts from your very talented guitar work

  • thank you sir! one other down side to the background is it makes youtube's video encoding over-compress the resolution because of all the moving pixels, hence the graininess. doh! thanks!!!

  • well played, very impressive

  • Wow, very nice.

    Great finger work!

  • thanks AU5000! i appreciate you dropping by!!

  • u r a true renaissance man. Keep up the good work. Seth for Treasury Secretary (and Poet Laureate in '09! Don't mess with the Seth!

  • haha thx ur too kind! why not treasury secretary...i can blow money as bad as paulson can. :)

  • Are you sitting on a giant laptop?

  • nah, it's a normal laptop, i'm just very short. haha

thanks for dropping by and sharing a laugh =)

  • Great sounding guitar, and well played Seth!

  • cool man thank you Dave!

  • Cool! First time I've gotten wasted on Bach.

  • dude i was worried that background might come off as cheesy, so thank you, i feel better now

  • Your transitions are quite impressive there man! Very nice work for sure.

  • thanks a lot bud =)

  • Yea, love the music but... the backgound reminds my of that 70's show Dr. who.

  • you know i'm too young to remember Dr. Who (ha ha) thanks bud!

  • That is some skillful playing! (And love the song description!) Five well-earned stars.

  • thank you kindly!

  • Very nice job Seth! I especially like the bass line and the "liberties" you have taken here. :-) I guess you know by now I'm no purist! However, I used to play this piece years ago, I think the Segovia edition, where the sixth string was tuned down to D. I love you background too, by the way. I have no idea how you did that, but it's really cool! Thanks for the vid! -Derek

  • Wow, Derek, it's my pleasure to have you in my audience! Really, thank you for listening, I'm flattered that you enjoyed it. The background is actually a 100" LCD screen mounted behind me with my xbox 360 visualizations app running (nothing fancy like a blue screen or such). I'd love to see a vid of you pulling off Segovia's edition! Let me know if the spirit moves you...

  • wow man, that is fucking awsome

  • sweet thanks!

  • Very Nice, Peace

  • What's up, The vid is great. The visual is perfect.I'm glad i get to drum with someone who has so much talent. Keep up the creative work. You are a big inspiration to all of us in Stone Brew. Jam on, Larry

  • dude you are too kind, but thank you for the encouragement. ladies and gents, one of the best drummers in the triad, my buddy Larry. cheers

  • Great...fantastic...beautiful.
