It was around late afternoon to evening. It started about 60degrees above the horizon and quickly (for its size) moved to 45 degrees above the horizon, then disappeared over the eastern horizon.

You'll be amazed to what is reality. I've studied them for months. Every day I could study their bahaviour (> 1000 pictures, HQ, Nikon 300mm 1:2.8) and one day 1 came so close and low that I could carefully study it with bino's at a distance of about 50 meters. My government doesn't respond and even TV documentary makers ignore it. Stupidity rules the information we get from the media to the people.

They are real, and "alive", whatever that may mean.

yeah its not the moon, check out one of my other videos that clearly shows the moon and the difference of appearance. My camera has no fx.

I thought it was initially Venus at its elliptical perigee (let me know if you don't konw what that is), um, but its not the moon.

The high altitude spheres I see above el sereno/south pasadena see look very similar to what you've got here when I've observed them through high powered optics. Almost like looking at pond water but I'm putting my money on life forms that aren't necessarily carbon based. How low would you guess this was? Anyway, nice work!

A wild guess I'd say upper atmosphere...there was a radar sighting not to long ago of a ufo in the upper atmosphere over BRazil, I think I recall I read it was 200 miles long. I'll try finding the article.

-This was taped over Los Angeles by me.

-At 1:26 you can an idea of how bright the object was and the size of the object as a I zoom back as far as possible.

-I used a tripod method which invovles using a tree line or similiar stationary object as a "camera sight."

In fact if I had something like stonehenge around my house it would be much easier to tape objects in the distance;)

Looks very similar to a planet from videos and pictures I have seen to be honest. It would have been better if you provided a fully zoomed out portion, would've helped me out a lot. But like I said, from what I've seen, looks like a planet, or in your case, venus.

thats the part i dont understand, if its a planet why is it flat on top? And it looks like its releasing vapors. Looks more like an object in our upper atmosphere, therefore we only see the belly...
