casey that is great lifting. awesome power. but from what i see on the video why do you not squat in the whip of the barbell on the clean? you come out of the hole with the flex of the barbell pressing down on you as you squat up. you have a great pull but i see 230 if you squat bak up with the flex of the barbell going back up. id like you feedback if you get the chance to read this. thank you. keep up the great work!
