F150 Super 44 Driving

When you gut your cats do you still pass emission tests? I have a '99 f-150 XLT with the 4.6L V8, and I really want to upgrade my sound like yours, but the last thing I need is to get a bunch of work done and end up failing my emissions test and not be able to put it back on the road..

True duals always equal a big slap fest. Either buy a dual in/dual out muffler or just a single inlet/dual outlet muffler. True duals are even't necessary on vehicles with 400+ h/p anyways.

Do you think if I just put the super 44 muffler on my f150 with the 4.6 liter v8 with the original piping and just the super 44 muffler would sound pretty good, I mean it wouldnt sound annything like yours lol but do you think it would sound pretty decent?

@coochiemama511 I think it will sound good, but it may not be real loud because of the factory cats. What year is your truck?
