My point is that all the shit HUMANS do, like in this video is so so unhelpful. There are ways to observe animals in nature- this isn't one of them- why? because they are essentially changing the hippos behavior by putting unnecessary strain/stress/confusion on them. This is not raw nature by any means, this video just shows humans at their worst. You really think the blinding spotlight, human voices, rumbling vehicle, & camera clicks/flashes had nothing to do with this outcome? Even the poster of this video stated it is very very rare for hippos to fight to the death.So being the intelligent person I am, I would surmise that they killed each other because their environment had become CONFUSING AND UNNATURAL.
