The Pilots talk german, so a german airline. Maybe Austrian arrows. Aircraft maybe Fokker 70/100

Austrian Arrows is an Austrian and not a German airline. And the aircraft can't be a F70/100 (it doesn't even sound like it). The flap settings (25, 30, 40) are from the 737.
It must a German airline that has a 737 fleet with white noses. If you look at the destinations in the vids, you'll find out quickly what airline it is.
