  • will they provide blanket and pillow?

  • @khausmkds you have to purchase comfort kit at MYR35.. unless if you fly premium, it is provided

  • @jimstane yup

  • is this the one flying to christchurch?

  • @khausmkds yup

  • @blackuzco thankz dude.....is the seat is comfortable to seat for more than 10hours?im goin on economy class to christchurch from kuala lumpur....

  • @khausmkds AirAsia A320 seat pitch is 29.5" and width is 18" while AirAsia X A330 seat pitch is 32" and width is 16.5".

Normally A330 only have 8 seat a row while AirAsia make it to 9 and still keep the seat pitch like most airlines.

  • uhhhhh...those seats look soo skinny! I could not travel in one of those from CHC-KUL

  • @theloganloganlogan Pay extra for premium carrier and stop bullshit over here... It's a low cost carrier.

  • @Chris58851

I agree, this is not an Airline I would waste my money flying with.

    One word: Emirates!!

  • @AHOOSIER It's a company which only fly you to a destination with less comfort. That's called a budget airlines. But AirAsia is a powerful company in the region. It knock off Fireflyz and took some of the shares of MAS.

  • OMG! 9 abreast in an A330!

  • @blackuzco, thank you very much.

  • Does anyone know if they have anywhere to plug our laptop in on board? Thank you.

  • @adamcpf only on premium seat.. =)

  • Seats too tight, not worth having long haul no frills flights that last more than 2 hours. its bad for your health as not much body movement can be done. Walkway is narrow and i dont think FA will let u walk around that much. People higher than 6 feet and bearing waist thicker than 38inch with weight heavier than 78kg will have problem adjusting themselves to these kind of seats

  • @jahurz93 People do know the term "buy an Apple then get an Apple". So I think passenger don't even care about the cabin condition because it is a cheap flying experience.

  • @jahurz93 for fucks sake. you guys dont get it. airasia is a budget airline! pay budget, get budget. worry about your XL size, fly SIA then

  • @GOapeshit14 some people is too dumbfuck idiot that they cant differentiate between full service and no-frill..

  • Thats terrible that they have got rid of their PTVs! no way am i ever flying these guys on a long haul flight!! stuff that!! it would be the most boring thing ever!!

  • @cam9408 fly full service then.. please bear in mind that AirAsia X is a no frill airlines.. do you expect 5 stars service on a low cost airlines??? when it come to price, everyone want the cheapest but then complaint when there is no PTV, fancy food, pillow n blanket etc etc..

  • @blackuzco ..well said. Some people tend to forget that fact....kiasu attitude.

  • will this aircraft with this cabin be flying to chengdu from kuala lumpur??

  • @jsoo2912 yes..definitely

  • I flew to Hangzhou

  • going to fly with airasia aircraft bound for seoul on saturday, 6 nov...it's my 1st ever experience with budget airlines on long-haul flight.

  • u get what u pay..is this exactly refer to airasia though?...or Malaysian need 1 more low cost airlines slightly similar to virgin atlantic

  • I thought there were PTVs?

  • @Nat2370 with this new seat, there is no more PTV.. we introduce portable media player which you have to pay before you can use it.. =)

  • @blackuzco i prefer the old seat (even though i nvr went on D7)

  • @blackuzco do you know if this will be the aircraft used to fly air asias new route

    Kuala - christchurch new zealand?

    thank you!

  • @rustydevilll yes, airasia x will definitely fly this aircraft to christchurch

  • @blackuzco thankyou! ahhh i cannot wait!

I am so tired of seeing Airbus A320's 737's and Boeing 777's

we used to see the A340-500 Emirates untill they downgraded to a 777 :(

  • @blackuzco RM30! ^^

  • @blackuzco how much? wont the batteries go?

  • @blackuzco Where do u get the portable media players from??????????

  • @UltimateSqueakyToy at the airport..DUH! of course from the flight attendant, simply ask them the portable media player and they will provide you the device right away that is after you pay for it..

  • is this the plane that are goin to be used for the kl-seoul route??

  • @asd5139 most definitely!

  • @blackuzco ohh.. lookin forward to fly wit it this winter..

  • Narrow seats!!

  • @konibu3 according to seat manufacturer, targeted limit weight for person to sit comfortably on this seat is 75kg.. CHEERS =0

  • @blackuzco but dont they design the seats in consideration for those who are of a bigger size?

  • @Onemillionwishes if youre bigger youll have to buy 2 seats.

  • then what is the point of a no reclining seat?

  • @trentos10 of course it recline, but not that much (just about 10cm from upright position for economy seat).. while the new premium seat, it can turn into almost flat bed.. but hey, remember that we're low cost airlines in the first place after all.. cheers =)

  • but can u actually recline these seats? unlike the last ones

  • @trentos10 unfortunately, for economy seat, it reclines like the old seat.. but the premium seat is way better than the old one.. =)

  • no tvs!

  • @trentos10 yup, no tv.. but we introduce portable media player, which you have to pay before you can use it.. =)

  • Why is there no IFE?

  • @ParkerLiberty as i've mention before.. after the retrofitted program, we introduce portable media player or PMP where you have to pay before you can use it.. remember, that we're no frills airlines in the first place.. CHEERS =D

  • Wouldnt it be the same deal as the KL-London route...there isnt enough PMP sets for all the passengers. and sometimes they didnt work properly for some.

  • @TKaussie yup, you're right.. sometimes, the PMP is not enough for every passenger as we only provide the PMP by passenger demand.. if the route demand lot of PMP, we will increase the PMP unit on board.. for example, flight to Hangzhou, even 40 PMPs onboard is not all sold..

  • NO INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT? is this even retrofited??!!

  • yup, no in-flight entertainment after the retrofit.. we introdue PMP or Portable Media Player, which you have to pay to use it.. hey, we're no-frill airlines in the first place after all.. CHEERS =D

  • oh thats nice portable at least theres something better than nothing =)
