Any kind of makeup is extremely unnecessary for someone your age! I'm in my 20s and I still only wear a bit of eyeliner, some mascara and chap stick on a regular basis. And when I go out i try to keep it as neutral as possible. Kid..trust me. Stop trying to grow up so fast.
