  • @canadianwargod There are huge misconceptions about salt. We have cured meats for years before the advent of refrigeration. While high blood pressure goes down with lowered salt intake. Autoimmune dieases and chronic ailments go up. Salt kills microbes. When the body is trying to kill microbes it creates inflamation, hence chronic health ailments.
