  • Shit, all these dropouts look just like my COMCAST signal.

  • if you have high speed internet you should get the roku cable box for your tv. roku is a streaming player. it is the size of a hockey puck. roku has over 600 channels and they keep on adding channels everyday. some channels you have to pay for if you want but most of them are free. you only pay for the roku once after that its free. go to roku.com to learn more about this device.

  • its cause you had a shitty tech install that, that pixelating is caused but an issue with your wiring in the house, which the tech should have fixed but half of them are lazy

  • you just have bad reception probably, my at&t uverse is great, not a single problem c:

  • After working for U-Verse tech support for over a year, I'll have to say, I'll never ever get it if it comes to my region...

  • regular cable services do that too, cause they run off of copper lines, you prob just in a bad area where they need to update ur lines for uverse

  • hmmm i just got uverse and i cant watch the video....CUZ THE SHIT WONT LOAD. FUCKERS

  • Half the time it wont let me connect and sometimes it doesnt even know its own password when i type it in

  • All i here is good things about uverse , then i come here and look at this days before im going to go get it. Is it really that bad ? Like i said i here so manny good things about it?

  • @L0G4NHTC I think it's spotty. Depends where you are. I've heard people say good things about it and like me have terrible experiences with it.

  • @cjo1992They are horrible. Failed picture, bad accounting and billing. Stay away!

  • @L0G4NHTC It is bad.. I'm coming from old ATNT user of DSL, DSL went dial-up speed so I switched to Uverse.. did test with agency through phone but modem didn't work, so they scheduled for technician and nobody came. I called them what's happening and they apologized and rescheduled. Didn't come again, another reschedule and didn't show up so I complained and they said there was no schedule found in their data.. I am startin to becomin skeptical about their promise on 12mbps speed of internet

  • cox cable does that too!!!

  • Yes it runs over the internet all the uverse service does

  • AT&T U-Verse = worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's almost as if the one hand doesn't have a fucking clue what the other is doing ever.

  • u got old copper wiring in ur house, ur wiring sucks not uverse

  • uverse is sukkee i just installed it they over charged from what the original price was and the internet is not a fast page turner

  • Comcast ftw

  • I have u verse internet and this wouldn't even load. u verse blows

  • does the internet power the tv??? cuz that's fucked up if thats how it works

  • i have the same issue uverse told me that they are rolling out new drv boxes that is suppose to fix the issue. they said the new boxes are black and will be allot better

can someone confirm this for me.

  • I have u-verse, and now that i think of it, I never even seen a glitch in the vision... You have to replace something...

  • @supremesfan2 Yep many times and they never fixed it.

  • @cjo1992 perhaps u need to call the FCC..this is horrible!

  • Pretty sure you are breaking the law by posting recorded video of an NBA broadcast without permission....

  • @elemeno0pee SO CALL A COP, ASSHOLE.

  • @gingervytis how about you eat a dick?

  • Tell them to get new a new drop cable, replace all cable connectors, RG, and stb

  • Uverse fucking blows, I've had it for 3 days and it is by far the worst television I've ever watched. At this point I'd rather use an antenna and watch only local channels.

  • @pmrboy369 Yep. Thats what I've been dealing with before I got rid of them. If you call AT&T they will just have you reset your modem and cable box. Then it will still happen and will send someone out who will just tighten everything up. Then it still won't fix it and you call again and they will do the same thing.

  • I agree with you. I hate att uverse. I regret letting them come to my house and changed everything to uverse. i had dsl in the first place and it's much more better than fucken uverse.

  • @pink4lici0u5 Ya I just got rid of Uverse the other day. I got WOW (Wide Open West)and I love it so far. For the internet I'm paying for 8mbps down and 1mbps up and I'm getting faster speed then that. I'm getting close to 9mbps download and 1.5mbps upload. For the TV I have HD channels and I'm paying just under $100 per month. So I'm getting a better service for a lot cheaper then a crappy service

  • @pink4lici0u5 much more better???? you dumb fuck! what do you know???

  • How fast is your internet? You need really fast internet to stream live HD on U-Verse. Just sayin'.

  • @Cheeze939 Internet speed shouldn't have any thing to do with your TV. Doesn't really matter though. Getting rid of Uverse soon. Will be getting Wild Open West soon. I had the last straw. Watching the finale of one of my shows and it froze and missed the most important part. I've had to call way to many techs to come out and attempt to fix this. The last guy changed a port and that hasn't fixed it. I hope AT&T sees this so they see how crappy there service is.

  • @cjo1992 Ah. Well, I hope you get it fixed, and if not, get a better service or something that DOES solve your problem.

  • Uverse absolutely sucks. They've come to my house about 4 times, one time in a team of ~7 people, and the multiple houses in my area with similar problems and it's still slow as fuck. My internet worked fine before we had uverse...

And also, calls don't work at all either. I went on a 2 week trip. On the answering machine, there were 23 voicemails. Only 3 of them actually had audio in them. Same thing often goes for phone calls.

  • i can't even watch this because it takes so long for my 18 mbps connection to buffer it. uverse is absolutely terrible.

  • They told us it would be free to install internet ( used our cable, took all of 10min's ) then bill us for $335.00 !

  • your signal is weak. or there is an interference with Uverse signal

  • Well, its because U-Verse runs off of old telephone wires.

  • @NickPookie93 old telephone wires eh? last time i checked, most of our buried service wire is of the same age if not younger than other cable company lines. and its only 500 pair BSW to your house. it has the capability of going up to 3500 FT depending on circumstances. Coaxial the whole way only allows it to run longer. We have alot of Crossbox connectors that all have fiber ran to them.

  • You might have been recording to many shows.

  • looks you got your self some hpna problems.

  • uverse works better off ethernet cables,, not coax.. only reason why uverse is installed on coax, is because everyone has it..

  • @c0d3x5 and because its 10000000x cheaper

  • @c0d3x5 thats not entirely true. Ethernet is just easier to use hence less chance of messing it up.

  • pull ur wall plates off and see if the ends has been changed.. see if the splitter has been changed.. hpna controls ur signal... make sure all ur cables are at least r6... uverse has to be a near perfect install to be a near perfect functioning system... also u can plug ur box into the rg / modem via ethernet cable,, if it still does it.. then its definantly something in the coax lines.. too many barrels, or above written..

  • is just the sattelite connection with ur service or could be the cable has a bwrin bad connection hmmmmm but amybe u dont have a good signal sattelite ...... i'm thinking that u live n a aparment or complex for the singhnal connection blurry

  • @TheChiquilla26 clearly you have no clue what your talking about...uverse is NOT SATTELLITE, it does suck though, mostly there crap router/modem

  • @Superchad245 Yep. The modem sucks. We had a guy come out a few weeks ago and replaced the modem and were still having issues. I'm about to upload another video about it thats showing a different issue.

  • @cjo1992 unfortunately your probably getting a shit tech that doesnt know anything about the service. i my self am a senior tech for U-Verse and when a tech knows wtf hes doing and cares about your service, theres 0 issues.

it doesnt really matter what cable company you have, because its all up to the techs to provide your service, not the company.

  • @br3edage Ya we called again the other day and got to tier 2 or what ever it's called. He changed some port on the outside. He didn't come to the house though it was down the street. Still having some issues. I don't know what else the issue could be. They changed everything and were still having issues.

  • @cjo1992 dont listen to customer service. there from thailand and they never even seen the product. i cant tell you whats wrong because im not at your house. just demand a tech to come out.

  • @Superchad245 I did a repair similar to this problem above, I was tech number 4 or something, I used my meter to check the hpna, there was big errors, and then tested the cable, it was bad. I climbed into the attic and found a poor splice with clamped on fittings, I changed the spliced and fittings, went back to the room and change out the wallplate and fittings as well. Ran my hpna test again, and it passed, reconnected and watch the tv for 10 minutes, and it was all good.

  • I am having the same problem with my Uverse TV

  • Looks like watching video over the internet on a telephone copper line over a fiber optic cable. Yes watching this video reminds me of the days when I saw online videos over dial-up internet services.
