I couldnt imagine the horrors of war, seeing it smelling it and living through it then coming back to civillian life. How does one live "normal" after being in combat? I couldnt imagine. I think war time vets should get a free ride in the US , thats the least we could do out of appreciation.

It is really hard for veterans after living through war. They never are the same. We do need to do everything we can to help them because the scars of war run deep, both physically and emotionally.
