True basketball fans know that tmac still has the potential to be the best in the world. At vintage level there is no one better, not lebron not wade not kobe. When it comes to scoring a basket, this guy is the best.
Prime T-Mac was the best scorer in the L. He would've easily been the best PLAYER too. But he couldn't consistently give 100% effort on D cuz he had to do EVERYTHING on offense. I'd take him over Melo, KD, Kobe, Wade, LeBron any day of the week
TMAC game was a complete game he could shoot from all over, drive left and right, Jump outta the gym and pass his behind off. He had a complete package the weakest part of his game was his defense and he played that when he was challenged he just was not consistent with it. TMAC was a great player man the type of player KD should emulate his game after not just a scorer and 3 point shooter but a complete and total BEAST on the court .

Their true rebounding abilities don't compare , McGrady almost averaged 8 rebounds per game in 2002. And scoring, Durant is NOWHERE near the scorer McGrady was. Durant's career high is 47, McGrady's was 62. Mac regularly dropped 40-50 points in both reg and post season. KD has plenty potential, but he's nowhere near prime T-Mac right now

Kobe had games where he shot 9/29, 17/47, 8/25, 8/29, 7/24, and 5/21.
And T-Mac was much more efficient. 30.3-26.2 in PER and .564-.550 TS%.

Why do so many people hate on T-Mac? He is one heck of a player. Just because he never got out of the first round doesn't mean he's not a good player. Powerhourse i agree man im still the biggest TMAC fan but watching these old orlando highlights he was very unstoppable. I wish we couldnt transfer that old one in2 the new TMAC lol But when TMAC wants 2 b he is one of the best players in the league
