Actually, he didn't lose any of his human rights, his case was heard in the Texas Courts and he received a fair trial as well as justice. Justice being served meant the child murderer had to die after he was convicted and his appeals were heard and denied. Can we all say Amen?

Texas never agreed to abide by the rulings of the world court, so therefore they don't have to.
It's that simple.

Actually, he didn't lose any of his human rights, his case was heard in the Texas Courts and he received a fair trial as well as justice. Justice being served meant the child murderer had to die after he was convicted and his appeals were heard and denied. Can we all say Amen?
