  • This is obviously a handyman that knows just enough to be dangerous. I own operate a garage door business. Before making any adjustments to a garage door operator you must first check the operation of the door, manually. Also, the safety beams in this video are about a foot off the floor. According to Federal Code UL-325, January 1, 1993; safety beams must be no lower than 4" and no higher than 6" from the floor. Know what you're talking about before posting how-to's.

  • Please keep inspiring the world with your creativity and persistence.

  • I can't believe someone took the time to edit this video, then put a huge body of text right on top of it.

  • I wouldn't necessarily say that this video is properly titled. This video is about adjusting openers, not doors, which is what I'm trying to find out.

  • Thanks. I've got a loose chain. Can you do a close-up video on tightening loose chains?

  • thanks this is very usfel

  • that is a ccomplete lie, that guy is only talking about adjusting door opener, and its only one brand, there are different brands of door openers and they are different from each other, adjusting a garage door requires special tools and most importan, requires experience, especially if you are dealing with springs, they can kill you, do not try to do any of those things that guy is talking about, call a pro, spend some money but dont put your self and your loved ones on risk.
